Orders are processed as quickly as possible depending on customisation requirements. If you require an order by a deadline please email: tradeinn@michaelhouse.org

International

Individual order shipping to the UK is possible and will be calculated at check out based on total order weight. 

RETURNS

All returns are at the customers cost.

Items to be returned in the same state they were received. 

Items that have been personalised are not able to be returned. 

To return an item please email tradeinn@michaelhouse.org within 30 days of receipt to notify us of the return.
